     - $250/mo plus tax. Payment is auto-drafted on the 5th of each month. 

Is there video surveillance?

     - The area is continuously recorded, but not monitored. Footage from a specific date & time can be retrieved.

Are there concrete slabs? 

     - No. The grounds are completely covered with loose gravel.
